    Congrats!
    Day 2of 90
    I did T25 Speed 1.0 this morning, it was tough since I could barley get out of bed from ALPHA Cardio yesterday lol

    Good job guys! I would recommend do a little extra stretching after the T25 workout to prevent some of the soreness. When you get to the stretch video on sunday it will be awesome. The stretch video is like a massage for your whole body. I look forward to it every week. It will get better. Your body is adapting and sore because it's adding a new workout and just keep pushing play and don't give up. You got this!!! Trust me it will be so worth it!!

    SO i should do more than the stretching he has you do at the end? It def feels good when I get to that part lol

    Hello all! I got my 30 day shred in this morning and have some Tae Bo planned in about an hour. If I have the energy, I might throw in some yoga today. I'm in a yoga kind of mood. :)

    Today I changed my exercise a bit. Instead of going to the gym I did 80 minutes wog outside. It was refreshing as the air felt really good going in and out of my lungs. I do not know what I will be doing tomorrow as yet. We shall see. Have a beautiful day all!

    I found a beginner's nighttime yoga routine on You Tube tonight. I have to say that I am so relaxed right now! Loved it. Very mild but perfect after a day of tough workouts. Have a nice night everyone!

    Just finished level one day two of the 30 Day Shred. I am not as sore as I was the last time I attempted this. I am sweaty though. Time to hit the shower.

    Day 2 I swam for 30 minutes and belly danced for 30 minutes. But my nutrition wasn't what it needs to be. I'll be more focused from here out!
