    Hey! I think we're twins (or close to it)!

    GW: ?? What ever it is that gives me a low bf% with some muscle tone. Probably somewhere in the lower hundreds.

    Reposting here with current stats. Looking for a twin (or a few) to motivate me to keep up with workouts.I don't belong to a gym (other than a yoga studio), but enjoy: running (beginner/C25K), yoga, online workout videos/DVDs( Jillian Michaels, fitnessblender, various youtube, Tae Bo).

    Age: 24
    Height : 5'4"

    SW: 160ish (high school) 145 (later on)
    CW: 123.7
    GW: Happy with my current weight. anywhere from 120-125.

    Focusing on becoming more healthy, strong, and toned.

    I hold most of my weight in thigh butt area. I try to work out for 30 minutes Mon-Friday during lunch. I like the stair-master and incline intervals on the treadmill, I also do yoga a couple times a week. I just want all the cellulite to disappear. I see you few of you are my twins, I will add you.

    I get most of my exercise from walking my dog and from doing misc. work around the house and farm. I also like to play tennis, go swimming,skiing, kayaking and hiking - pretty much anything outdoors when I can. The whole working out in a gym thing really isn't my cup of tea.

    I cycle all the time- just as a means of transport, kind of getting into yoga- only off of youtube though, and I eat really badly, have been trying to eat better- might take some time to see the difference.
