    Going to try to get these in when I get home today. Trying to get over a bug, so this may be the only workout I get in today.

    day 17 today done
    I needed to split it. Actually i did split it in twice. Half in morning. The other half in evening.
    I think i will need another day rest tomorrow!!! LOL.
    We 'll see tomorrow.
