My goal is more being fit and healthy and considering my ED past, I honestly have no idea what weight I will be at when I am happy. Normally I'd say I want to be 110... but I plan on being FIT-skinny this time! NOT the wasting-away-because-i-dont-eat skinny of my insecure adolescence years.... I need to be healthy for my son who is now 4 years old... so I'm just "getting into shape". I assume the SHAPE i want including a reasonable amount of muscle mass will be around 130-140.

Have gotten back into running and doing more cardio (elliptical, stationary bike). I avoid, at all costs, lifting, even though I know I should include this type of workout in my routine. I have a bad knee and want to get back in shape for tennis and volleyball. I feel like the 30 pounds lost already has helped, but I get frustrated with the number on the scale...I mean a wide receiver on a football team weighs what I do. Trying to stay motivated and focus on the succeses. Don't think I've ever been below 158 pounds in my adult years. Don't know if it's even attainable at my age, but I'm trying to stay positive and forge ahead. It's tough when co-workers don't comment on the weight lost or tell me, "You don't look overweight" (tall girls tend to distribute their weight better, I think). Thoughts?0 -

Hey Lovely Ladies! My name is Nikki, and my goal in losing weight is to have a baby I have PCOS and fail to ovulate every month, so I am hoping a boost in weight loss will help jump start my body again. I was a lot heavier during college, but took the time to lose the weight, but I've gotten kind of lazy since I hit my "comfort level". Back at it again and starting slowly so that these habits become lifetime changes.
