I've done this challenge in an incomplete way (i skipped a chunk so I tried picking up as if I hadn't skipped). The progress pics tell me that it did work! So I want to do it again without messing up. I would love some accountabilibuddies! Lets start September 1st!!

How's it going guys? Yesterday I did my squats with the smith machine and 20lbs. This evening I found on HIIT a wild version of the 30 day challenge so I adapted tonight's squats accordingly. Check it out:

I would join you as well with this challenge. How do you do it? Just by squatting like say for the 1st day they want you to do 50 reps in a row of squats thats it?0
