phase 3 cardio

How is it compared to the other two cardios? Im starting phase 3 on Friday and im NERVOUS!! I feel like im JUST getting workouts 7 and 8 down and now its time to move on.

I think it is the toughest of all 3, but it also give me the best calorie burn. However, I've only done it once because I prefer to run on my cardio days. There are more moves and they are done for shorter periods of time (about 20 seconds).0
