Is anyone else doing the Diabetes walks?

I'm doing the walk on September 28th here in NYC, just wondering how many other people have participated in these walks. I was only diagnosed in December, so this is my first one and I plan on doing the full 10K.

    Yes I am doing it on the 13th october here in australia :) But I am only walking the 5KM
