Are my Goal settings right???

I have had a Bullet Proof Coffee this morning...that's all. I am set for 1200 cals/day. I'm almost out of FAT allowance! I'm not sure what to do to adjust my goals so my proportions are right P/F/C. I am not losing weight so I must need to adjust something.

Will some of you "veterans" look this over for me? Thanks!!!

    You should be resetting your targets to be 65-30-5, 70-25-5, 70-20-10, or something along these lines. The defaults are not correct for those following keto.

    My Home > Goals > Change Goals >Custom Goals

    @kiramaniac: I reset my goals to the lower numbers and now it looks like I've eaten more than my daily fat allowance for breakfast. I'm so confused. I keep reading that I should "up" my fat to nudge my weight loss. After 2 weeks I have only lost 5 lbs. I figure that some of that has to be water weight so I'm a little disappointed. What should I eat??? Is there a menu or a list?
