I am newish to myfitnesspal. I had a rough time the past year with the death of my parents and my work schedule. I have decided to get very serious about losing weight and I have been gifted a smart phone and have downloaded the app so I can have support where ever I go. !

    I love groups! I was on mfp before but lost my phone so now I'm back! I love to post and be friends and give support when ever I can I need to lose a lot of weight so this is awesome to be apart of a group again
