Best way to log this is under circuit training, general.

Just a suggestion.
I log it as Curves Circuit Training ... .gives me a little less, but I feel is closer to accurate.
I used have a Jillian Michaels site that I found a calculation for caloreis burned at each Level (that I'm sorry I can't find again) and her formula put me at about 120 calories burned (CW 145). Using the Curvies Circuit Training makes it about the same.0 -
Multiply 3.267 x your weight and that is how many calories burned in an hour. I then divide by 3 since the warm up and cool down are considered exercise but not intense. I get only 185 calories burned but if I use circuit on here its over 200!
3.267 x weight of 174 = 586.458/3=189.486
OR just multiply your weight by 1.089 (3.267/3 = 1.089). It would give you the same thing.
I stole this from another thread. Personally I am just going to say 200 calories everytime because Im not too concerned about exercise calories burned. I just want to record that I did the work out.0 -
I have a HRM that I'll use. I find that it's pretty accurate.0
