Hellooo..is there anybody out there finishing up The Shred?? :-D I have 2 more days to go and I am seeing good results already! I've just finished level 2 day 16.....for some reason I can not remember what comes next each time I do this workout I'm kinda lovin it. Its becoming addictive I'm probably a few days behind some of you, had to miss a few days here & there. Just wondering where everyone else is at?

Level 2 is killer.... and I'm loving it !! I watched Level 3 to see what i'm up against.... I hope I'm ready for that next week. I also recently bought Ripped in 30 - if anyone is interested in doing that next with me? Maybe we could ask Group creator to keep the ball rolling :flowerforyou:
