Day 5 of 90

Focus T25 Day 5 Week 1

Well, today is "double Friday" on the Focus T25 schedule, I set my alarm for 4 am, but after being up until almost midnight ( I got out of class at 9pm and had to come home and do homework) I just couldnt do it! I hit snooze and only left myself enough time for 1 workout, I did Lower focus and Iwill try my best to do the cario tonight, but the reason I choose mornings is because my evenings are so hectic :(

Kicked my butt again today, followed modifier most of the time and still found it tough :(

    Great job for still doing the one workout! I give you a lot of credit, your schedule sounds hectic but you are still making it work, great job!

    Today will be my second day of the 30 Day Shred, and I'm also determined to do walking later on tonight. I'll let everyone know how it goes! :-)

    Heather...... your life is so busy! You are doing fantastic trying to fit everything in.

    So for me, day 5 of 90......I did a 45 minute 3 mile weight loss WATP video using hand weights for part of the time. Sweaty and happy!

    You guys are doing great! You pushed play and got it done. Heather-sometimes on Doubles day you do have to break it up. It just depends on the schedule. One thing I like about this program is that it's so flexible. If Doubles day works better for you on a Saturday switch it up. Take a rest day on Friday and do the doubles on Saturday. I know a few people that do that! Do what works for you. The first week is tough but you will get stronger. I've known people who've followed Tania the first 5 weeks and have gotten excellent results. Keep up the good work everyone.:smile::smile:

    Nice job, gang! I got in the 30DS workout this morning and will try to make it to a Zumba class after work. If I get held up at work, I have another workout to do at home. I have a big Mexican food night out tomorrow so I need to work hard today and tomorrow to make up for some extra calories!

    Thank you everyone! I may do it tonight, if time permits.....otherwise Ill just do it tomorrow...who needs a rest day? lol Rest? what's that?

    Did T25 dynamic core & speed 2.0 back to back this morning :) The first time I've been able to do them one right after the other, super psyched about that, especially since I only had to follow Tanya approx 15% of that 50 minutes.
    I'm a glutton for punishment... we go on vaca when I'm supposed to be on my last week of T25 so I plan on doing doubles thru next Thurs to make sure I officially do every workout on the calender :) So long as my body doesnt rebel! Wish me luck!!

    Going to do my JM kettlebell workout later today. I had a friends kids today plus my own so it's been a crazy house! I'm not sure how people have 4 kids! Lol!
    For people doing T25...are you lovin it?

    This has not been a great week as far as my eating goes. However, I've been doing pretty good with exercise.

    I know as I continue with the exercise, my eating habits will get better. I've already noticed some changes but I still have a long way to go :grumble:
