            My total loss for the month was 5lbs.. 1lb a week when you think about it. It was a very frustrating month because I was bouncing between two lbs most of the month but this past week I dropped 3 for a total of 5 I will not be joining another group like this because I put too much pressure on myself in the beginning of the month it sort of distracted me and I was not succeeding. the real end goal to overall health . If it takes longer, so be it.
 Proud of those who did get to 10, that's great work and dedication!0
