No junk food, as in potato chips
Use the YMCA that I just signed up for and my own equipment too.
Eat more fish

Hello!
Great group. Autumn seems to be a time of year I get my head together enough to be able to lose weight so September will be a great kick start month. I officially kickstarted last week when I reset my ticker.
My goals for today are to drink my 8 glasses of water (on 7 now so going well!) and to avoid the cake that's left in the kitchen (homemade cake I might add, but cake nonetheless!). I've done some gardening which will count as my exercise for the day as it was sweaty work.
Its my wedding anniversary at the beginning of October and I'd love to be able to wear a particular dress to go out with the husband. I need to keep that in mind along the way.0
