Our day 1 weigh ins......
Let's start posting our current weights and our end of September goals! I am currently 156 pounds and my aim is to get into the 140s! That might be a little ambitious but I'm going to give it a good go! xx

Morning! I can't believe it's the end of the month already! I have just weighed myself....... Start weight: 156 pounds Current weight: 146 pounds Goal weight: 147 pounds I did it!!!! Woooooooo hoooooooo! Feeling incredibly happy right now...... xx
