I've had zero, yes zero Internet for the last week or so! But I'm back online now and happy to report that my fresh start is still going well. I even managed to be good over the long weekend away I just had!

I had no internet last night but its amazing how we have come to rely on the communication isnt it? sadly in some ways but amazing in most others.
Mine is on a holding pattern of sorts becuase of our move. Haven't been bad but havent been great. Still getting some walking in but between packing and cleaning - I am burning some calories. Puppies need to get back in to routine and so do I.
