Down 11 pounds and feeling great! Except for fruit. I really miss the fruit!

    I agree. I miss the fruit and my yogurt. But it is worth it!

    I miss tomatoes! My first coach told me to leave them out altogether, so I have avoided them till now. I have heirloom tomatoes growing in my veggie garden, and they are freaking awesome.

    Have you tried Jicama? I pretty much am obsessed with it because it tastes like sweet, juicy apple! You can even sprinkle cinnamon on it, and if you want it sweeter, add some Splenda. Another thing I eat that mimics fruit for me are yellow, orange, and red bell peppers. They can sometimes taste like watermelon. My coworkers tease me about my peppers because I eat them daily.

    I will try the Jicama and have eaten more pepper in that past three weeks than in my entire life! I have completely stayed away from tomatoes too as I would eat them like candy! Good luck this week everyone :)
