    When my abs look like RunningRichelle's, I will definitely show them off, but until then (if ever) they will remain safely hidden away. BTW RR, you look HAWT!!!!!

    After I have some plastic surgery I might photograph mine. Right now they are for my eyes only and I wish I really didn't have to see it myself. I'm pretty OK with it though. I know it's all completely my fault for not getting the exercise importance until late in life, BUT I did get it and I'm looking and feeling better and better every day.

    That's my 4 year old! He counts reps for me when i'm lifting in the basement. My baby girl was just born on the 15th, my inspiration/motivation is now doubled!
