Today was stretch day, it def felt good, far less work than the other vids

I will be doing the 30 day shred in about ten minutes. I also joined the 30 day arm challenge that started today. I already finished today's challenge. It was easy. 5 pushups. 5 dips. 10 bicep curls. 10 second punches. I don't think I will be able to keep up with it by the end of the 30 days.0

Finished Day 4 of the 30 Day Shred. Loving it! It did start to get a LITTLE easier today! Getting ready to take my mom out for her birthday and already pre-planned what I can have at the restaurant to stay ON TRACK! I wasn't sure what day we were all weighing in on, so I just did it today (Sundays will be easier for me). I lost weight and inches! So proud of myself for the choices I've been making! Can't wait until next week's results since the start of this past week I was on vacation!0

As far as the weigh in and measurements just pick what days work for you. I would just recommend only doing it once a week. For those who have lost inches, completed week one, lost weight and have kept on track GREAT JOB!!!! If you've fallen off track, just refocus and keep on trucking along!!! I'm so excited for everyone!!!!! Have a great rest of the holiday weekend.0

Today was T25 Stretch DVD. I can't tell you how much I love that video because it really stretches, and I feel so rejuvenated when done. I've lost 2 more inches and down 1 lb in the first week of the challenge. I'm going into week 9 of T25 so the last two weeks of this program is going to be the time I need to buckle down and FOCUS!! My eating has been on track and I have been using MFP daily to track my calories and workouts. Once I'm done with this program I am moving onto The Ultimate Reset which is a 21 day reset program from Team Beachbody. I feel that this will help push me along in reaching my goals by allowing me to cleanse my body and really focus on nutrition. At that point in time I will not be working out for those 3 weeks due to program requirements, but will be able to do yoga and walking. Everyone have a great weekend.0

Happy Sunday! I got in my 30 DS, a 45 minute walk at the Springs, and some swimming. We are planning a cookout at the parents house...all healthy foods. Grilled veggie, shrimp and chicken kabobs with asparagus and pineapple. Only a few hundred calories. Should be yummy! Tomorrow is weigh in so I am looking forward to a good week.

Today was day 10 of Insanity for me. I'm starting to notice some progress with the workout. I'm feeling more comfortable doing the exercises and less worn out when I'm done. Fit test + stats check is in 5 days and I am looking forward to seeing my improvements.0

Still holding steady at 190 but I got in some random exercise today. Kettlebells and chasing my niece around (not counting it though in my exercise log.) Still need to do my measurements but I do feel smaller so hoping they are headed in the right direction.0

hi everybody
first post since a week.
So here is the updates for the last week
ran my 5k (official) in 36.02 minutes (august 25). Then started thursday on training for a 10k (run (45min)/walk (45min) in 1h30 min)
Today i ran/ walk again for 10k (55 min run/28min walk) in 1h23 min.
And over the week i lost 2 pounds. so SW was 185 lbs. Now 183lbs.
My quadriceps are getting more firmer.
So my goal for week2 are: swimming tuesday 1h00 + abs (in the pool water aerobcis), run with running club wednesday 1h00+ body weight strength training , and run/walk another 10 K (thursday or friday pm) .
Hopefully lose another 1or 2 pounds.0 -
Only a walk and a swim on day 7. And I'm struggling with nighttime eating. :noway: I've been up late for a few nights and end up having snacks. So foolish.
So this week I'm planning to go to bed at a reasonable time.0
