Hi,
I was just wondering how this group was going to run? Is it a discussion group or will there be weekly or bi weekly weigh-ins/measurements? Will there be weekly challenges or mini challenges?

    I was wondering that myself....I would think weekly weigh-ins...It would keep us all on our toes to stick to it!

    I kind of took it upon myself to start a thread last week with where we are in our goals..

    I am in great need of a challenge. Maybe we should start a daily challenge like 100 squats, then 100 push ups


    or a weekly challenge burn 2000 calories or walk for 3 hours total.
