Day 1 - Regular Squats

So it's day 1, you could do which ever squats you like. Its 50 squats. Good luck & Happy Squatting.

okay 50 squats done , I feel it in my thighs and my tummy !!! Can't wait to see the results at the end , and it didn't take every long but the last 10 were hard to push out !0
