Morning ladies!
I just did Week 1, day 1 and am pleased to say that I have lived to tell the tale!
I have done a lot of Jillian Michaels programmes and this is the first time I am trying sth from Beach Body. I have been a slack over the summer (too hot) and so haven't exercised much for the last couple of months and managed to put back 4 kg of the 13kg I lost over the winter. Anyhow, I made it through, although I had to do most of the last ten mins with the modifications as I was pretty pooped. I am looking forward to getting into this. I hope to drop some kilos quickly and firm up with Focus t25 .

Welcome! Sounds like great goals. I have been very pleased with the results I've gotten. It gets easier as you get stronger! Just KEEP going!!1
