On board to loose 10 lbs this month. Starting today to really care about my choices. Been slacking for a few weeks and the weight has moved upwards.
We can all do this and get a good mindset heading into fall and winter in the US.0 -

Sept 1st
JM shred it with weights 7 lb kettlebell done
Day 1 of 30 arm challenge done
Day 1 of 30 squats challenge done 50 squats.
Been a good day its 6:36 pm and it is raining out. Still need something for supper . I did take a good nap today haven't taken one in a long time.0 -

Been a dark a rainy day in NH. Did my JM shred it with weights day 2 of 30 Done
Arm and squats challenge day 2 of 30 Done
Did some indoor bike since it was raining out .

Had a good day went shopping with my mother in law and got more clothes for the kids then went to weathervane for some seafood. didn't do my workout dvd today But I did do my arm and squat challenge day 3 of 30 done.0

1. exercise - something 6 of 7 days, even if it's only walking.
2. food diary every day, even if I go over.
3. breath deeply when stressed or anxious.
4. weigh myself once a week.
5. form these new habits...0 -
