Day 9 of 90

Focus T25 Week 2 Day 2

Today was ALPHA Total Body Circuit, wow!!! I keep up a little better, I can kind of touch the floor with legs apart bending down keeping legs straight (hard to explain? If youve done the workout youll know what im talkin bout) which I couldn't come close to last week lol

When it comes to burpees and spider push up plank things, YIKES! That kills my back! I have always had a bad back :(
I also stepped on the scale today and was down another pound? But I think Ill wait until next week to record it since that's my normal weigh in day :)

    Yeah, those are killer! I find I don't like spiderman so much....

    Good morning, all! I got in my 30 day shred workout this morning. I just started level 2 and I am very sore today. I have a 2 mile walk planned for tonight.

    Day 9 of the 30 Day Shred done. I got my daughter to do it with me today. I think that makes it a little easier. And I could actually talk a little through the workout. I must be getting better.
