Another month gone gone gone. I have no idea where time goes.

August was a very successful month for many of you in the group. For the 4th week there were 147 participants on the spread sheet and of those, there were 61 people that lost (total of 100lbs), 14 people stayed the same, 36 people did not record, and 36 people that gained (total of 67.3lbs). Great job.
