Well, I tracked my calories yesterday, but did go over, again, from the late night snacking. I seem to crave carbs at night (bread, bread, bread). Best thing I could do: Go to bed earlier!

I did do a yoga DVD yesterday and ran this morning, so I'm keeping up with the exercise.

How did everyone do?

    Hi dldrucker! I've been under calories since Saturday! Thanks to Zumba! Yay!!!!! Yes, the late night snacks get me too. I started brushing my teeth right after I shower and because I'm super lazy, I won't eat again because then I'll have to brush again. I also only drink water with Bragg's organic apple cider vinegar (a small amount per glass) that seems to keep my sugar stable without the lows which send me running for ice cream!!!!!! Good for you for doing the yoga. Don't give up!
