Day of Rest...started the day off with some stretching and yoga.

well i am going to be doing a little kickboxing today!
thanks for the rest though because the squats are something something........but my butt likes them0 -
No rest for me...I jumped in yesterday at Day 3 so I went back and picked up Day 2 for today so that makes me one day behind!!! But I'm happy to report that I was able to do my push ups in sets of 10's vs the 5's on yesterday lol!!!

Yesterday was my REST DAY, so I did yesterday's challenge today and it's DONE!!!0
