Do/should you count things like tea, juice, soda, etc? They are flavored water.

I would consider tea (unsweetened) to be ok. Nothing with calories, so no juice, soda, etc. Soda has too many additives. Juice is really just a lot of empty calories. I flavor my water about half the time. The goal of a water challenge is to drink as much plain water as possible!

I drink about 100 to 120 ounces of water every day, some times more. However, I mix my water with Diet Cranberry or Pomegranate juice, just to add some flavor. The mix is one part juice to 4 parts water. I keep a bottle beside me all day long. The only time I drink plain water is with my pills in the morning.

In the winter, I drink the same amount for water in hot tea. My Hot Shot and tea bags are at my desk in the cold months.
