Day 11 of 90

Focus T25 Week 2 Day 4

Today was ALPHA Cardio, I think it'd my least favorite? I still modify 80% of the time I though for sure id be done with that by now lol Tomorrow is double Friday Lower Focus AND Ab Intervals ...last Friday there was no way I could get up any earlier to do an extra exercise, this week probably will not be any different...BUT I have to work Saturday so I just might do one Saturday AM since I have to wake up early anyways???

    Good morning, all! I got in my 30 day shred this morning. I felt pretty strong today. I work later than normal this evening so I will have to find something to do this evening. Hmmmm....gotta think about that.

    You can do it. I've been out of commission the last couple of days due to not feeling well. I will probably repeat week 9 of the Beta Phase. On doubles Friday they can be split up. When I first started I did a workout on Friday and one on Saturday as long as you get the workouts in for the week it doesn't matter. As you progress through the program you will get stronger and your endurance will build and doing doubles won't be as hard. "Do your best and forget the rest". Have a great day!

    Been MIA for awhile now, but still hanging in there!! For the last 6 days I've done doubles of T25 determined to finish it before we leave for vaca & I'm super psyched to announce that today is my last day!! It's been brutal, but has definitely shown me how much I underestimate myself & how much I'm capable of. Though it certainly wouldn't have been possible without my hubby stepping in to watch the kids so I could get 2 workouts done everday :) I plan to weigh in the morning and take all my measurements before we leave & plan to post on here either tomorrow or when we get back.
    Planning to try to stay on track while away & at least get some walking in. I"ll be back at it as soon as we get home :) Hang in there everyone!!

    I'm feeling a bit bummed today. I had a massive migraine last night and could NOT get myself to do the shred. I did do a walk at night pushing a stroller, so I got some exercise in, but even that was brutal. I really wanted to be able to say I did all 30 days of the shred. :-(

    today I'm going to do it on my lunchbreak. I know I shouldn't be beating myself up, I've been doing multiple workouts a day for days and am really proud of myself for that...it still stinks though.

    But today is a new day, I'm excited to see how everyone else is doing!

    Sorry to hear you weren't feeling well and yes today is a new day!! Just push forward and don't look back. There will be days where we don't feel well, but that's fine. Be proud and just keep moving ahead!!!

    This morning I couldn't get into my workout due to terribly sore legs from my workout yesterday. The Ballistic Backside workout is great but I kinda knew I was overdoing it on these things she calls dead lifts. Just getting in and out of my office chair is uncomfortable!!

    All of the mildew has been scrubbed out of my pool house so I got my workout area back!! The dehumidifier we put out there is making the air real crisp and clean so hopefully I won't have to deal with this kind of stuff again!! It was funny cleaning it up though, my husband and I had on a special ventillated face mask and latex gloves ...I looked like we were working for the Center for Disease Control.

    Hi! Sorry to hear about your project with your pool house. I know that your sore and I've been there trying to get in and out of a chair, but try and move around as much as you can to keep the blood flowing into the muscles. I'm sure you felt like you were working for the CDC. Glad you were protected! Have a great day!

    Just did my Shred and I feel great! Maybe my body just needed the day off to recoup a bit, I don't know. But I felt much more confident going into this workout than previous ones. I still have a hard time doing both jumping jacks and the jump rope in the same circuit for some reason, but I am able to push through most then jog in place for a few seconds to regain the momentum. Walking later on tonight to keep it going!

  • I had a great day today! Started my day with a 66 minute 5 mile WATP fat burning walk! Ended my day with a 45 minutes 3 mile WATP walk. 8 miles today! I am on track to beat the number of miles I did last week. But...I'll have little grandchildren all day tomorrow and they are sleeping over tomorrow night. Hopefully, I can get a workout in before they get here in the AM. We'll see....
