Day 3

ok so I started this challenge a day late, then yesterday my ankles were so sore I had to give it a miss and do Pilates instead! Today I did day 3, it went great, the time is now flying in and none of it is too hard, apart from a full minute of push ups!

I think another 2 days on level one and I'll move on to level 2. I remember last time I did it I enjoyed 2 the best so I'm looking forward to moving on :)

    If I remember, level 2 was my favorite also. Of course, there is something in every level that I struggle with each time.
