Day 5-70 squats (curtsy squat)

Hey all, hope you had an enjoyable rest day!!!

The squat of the day are curtsy squats my personal favorite. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do. :wink:

Remember it's 35 per leg to give a total of 70

Weights are optional as well as hand motion. If not just keep arms on hips.

    Day 5 - done , 70 squats plus the ones my workout video (The Extreme Weight loss The workout) had me do !!! Glad to be done

    70 curtsy squats w/ 25 lbs added weight. Done.

    These are a favorite of mine as well.

    Done - 70 basic squats. I'm a newbie to squatting and I tried the curtsy style and something felt wrong in my knees. I did view the video. Looks like I may have to stick with basic squats throughout, but I'm just jazzed to be able to do that. It's a new challenge for me! :bigsmile:

    day 5 DONE!! 70 curtsy squats, wow those I felt for sure!
    Also completed bonus 40 crunches and a 40 second plank hold

  • 70 curtsy squats done with no added weight.
    I also did 50 regular squats with another workout.
