Day 6 done! Today's my rest day for my regular exercise routine! TGIF!

I am so sore that I can barely move from kickboxing and working out at the gym. I have been incorporating these into my workouts. I haven't completed day 6 yet,but it's not going to be pretty..or easy.0

I'm so sore..I took yesterday off so today I have to complete bothe day 5 and 6..ugh!! I will be victorious!!0
