Stretching and Intervals

So I went to see dr glass yesterday. He told me I looked good, was just experiencing normal pains and needed to stretch my calves and lengthen my SI whatever it's called. So I did the stretches he recommended, really released the left side, but the right was still a little tense when I ran intervals today. At the end of my run, my right side hurt from my knee to the bottom of my foot: shins, calves, ankles, etc. my left leg barely felt like id run at all. So I've been diligently working on my right calf all day today.

    Interesting that the right side hurt so much and that it encompassed pretty much everything from the knee down. Great that the stretches released the left side though!

    Now my right ankle hurts because I beat it up with tight calf muscles. I'm not doing that again. I'd like to give that Doctor a gift and a card. Any ideas?
