My goals for this month are:

Healthy carbs (fruits and whole grains) can be really good for you, but these are good goals over all! Cutting soda is a great idea0

Giving up soft drinks (and sweet iced tea) made a huge difference for me, hopefully it goes well for you too! Good luck!0

No processed carbs.
Exercised 3 days so far this week.
