My goals for this month are:

1. to eat clean, low carb
2. No soft drinks - regular or diet
3. Exercise at least 5 times per week

    Healthy carbs (fruits and whole grains) can be really good for you, but these are good goals over all! Cutting soda is a great idea

    Giving up soft drinks (and sweet iced tea) made a huge difference for me, hopefully it goes well for you too! Good luck!

    No soda at all the past 2 days!
    No processed carbs.
    Exercised 3 days so far this week.

    Amazing how eating clean and moving my butt makes things happen.
