At a loss as to how many calories to consume daily

I am a female, 38 years old, 5'2" and weigh 120 lbs. My goal is 110lbs. I run or walk on an incline for 60 minutes a day and usually burn 600 calories a day doing that. Every website I have looked at has each given me a different daily caloric intake number. I am gaining weight instead of losing. I am extremely frustrated!!! How much should I eat a day based on my age, weight, height, and exercise routine??

The problem with all the calculators is, that none of the numbers is written in stone. It will take some time to find your sweet spot.
It would also be helpful to know if you have been on low calories before and if so for how long. If you have been dieting for a long time it is expected that you would gain.
If this is the case a metabolic reset would be recommended to do. This will help to get your metabolism up and running again.0
