Group Schedule & Links

Here are a couple resources I've collected for the group. The first link is to a printable schedule for the duration of the shred. While there are 30 workout days listed, this group will only be scheduled for shredding Monday - Friday, allowing for the weekends off. These days are great for resting up, preventing complete burnout, or making up any missed days from the week (allowing us all the freedom to take the time that we need to stay dedicated!) We will be doing 10 days (2 weeks) at each of the 3 levels.

Also, for anyone who does not have the actual 30 Day Shred DVD, I've tried to hunt down some links to watch the 3 levels online.

Level 3:

As a disclaimer: I do not own the rights to the 30 Day Shred & did not create any of these resources myself. These sources were found online without permission from anyone involved.

If anyone has done this before or owns the dvds can you share as to what size weights to use. 1lb? 2lb? Does anyone know?0

You can do any of the exercises without weights, but I usually stick to 3 lbs for most of the moves. Sometimes I keep my 5 lbs on hand for a couple that I feel are too easy @ 3. Last time I did the Shred I switched a lot based on what I felt I could handle at the time... some days adding more if I'd built up enough strength throughout the level. I've also heard people have used cans or water bottles when they didn't have weights or if the ones they had were too much for the routines.0

I'm not too sure... I know I had a pretty rough time finding this link when initially searching for resources. Youtube keeps taking down all of the full length versions :frown:0
