Day 13 of 90

Focus T25 Week 2 Day 6

Today is rest day, I was suppose to get up early before work to do my 2nd workout I couldn't get in yesterday but my legs hurt so bad and I was so tired from being up late studying last night that I hit snooze and didn't do it :( Today is a bittersweet day for me, It is my Birthday and it's my son's very first real T-ball game, and I am stuck at work.....BOOO!! Looking forward to doing my stats tonight and hoping Ive lost more inches! My normal weigh in is Monday morning but i will take measurements today like the t25 schedule says.

    Happy Birthday!!!!!

    I pushed through my 30 Day Shred today. My knee hurts a lot during the jumping jacks and lunges, but I was able to muscle through it. I felt so guilty about not doing it yesterday that I had to do it first thing this morning. I just don't know what the best thing to do to take care of the knee is without setting back my workout routine. Cooking class with my son today and we'll probably spend the afternoon walking or doing something like that, since I discovered that doesn't hurt so bad last night!

    Weigh in is tomorrow, today is my last ditch effort to lose a little extra! :-) Have a great day friends!

    Happy Birthday, and there will be plenty of games to watch!! Today is first of three rest days for the program I'm doing, and I think Ill take them , everything from the neck down is sore! Its a good sore though!

    Happy Birthday!! Try taking a bath in epsom salt I heard that works real well for sore muscles. Hope you have a great day!! I got in my Beta Speed 2.0 this morning. I'm going to have to repeat week 9 because I was sick this week which threw me off schedule. I don't have enough energy to do doubles today so maybe I will get in a workout tomorrow before stretching to make up for it. Everyone keep up the good work!!

    I got in my Zumba class, immediately followed by 30 day shred. I should have spaced them out because I didn't give 100% during the shred. I just needed to get both done so I could fit everything in today. Now I am tired and will go lay in the pool. :) That was part of my schedule. :bigsmile:
  • Day 13 already? Time flies, huh?

    Another good day. Did 45 min, 3 mile Weight Loss WATP walk using hand weights for just over 1 of the miles. Did this in the AM and in the PM for 6 miles today. Woo hoo!

    Unfortunately, I have 7 grandchildren sleeping here tonight....I love them but they make finding exercise time a challenge. .3 are leaving around noon tomorrow, but the other 4 I'm not sure when they will be going home. My son in law has to work tomorrow and my daughter is a nursing student with clinicals tomorrow. So their 4 boys might be here until dinner time. They range in age from 6 months to 6 years....so no work outs until they leave. Hopefully I won't be too beat tomorrow night to get a workout in.

    Today was my long run so I knocked out 7 miles today!! Yay! It was a really great run!
