All I have to say is wowzers. I'm exhausted just looking at that.

You guys have been amazing and worked really hard and i'm so very proud of each 1 of you, even if you didn't quite meet the goal, you tried and you gave it your best and that's all i can ask for.     Day 1: 700 calories burnt (Insanity Rest Day. Desperate to test out my new HRM so I ran 10.40K to test. Compared calorie count to my usual gps running app RunKeeper and the difference was only 9 calories which was not too bad. I am a happy bunny!). Can't wait to use the HRM tomorrow during for Insanity Day 7!!
