Hey everyone,
I was recently invited to join this group and I am really excited to be part of it! I have been working on losing weight since March 2013. I have a goal to lose 35ish more lbs by February 7, 2014.
I've been checking and checking this group to see if the Tuesday post popped up.. but I haven't seen it! So I'm going to make one. I'm down 1.6 this week. Not too shabby!

I hope you can find something to motivate you!! You deserve to feel good - body, mind and soul! Don't be too hard on yourself, I think I only lost 4 pounds in July and August combined. You just need to get back to the mindset you had when you started.. what motivated you then? The fact that you're still here is a testament to the fact that part of you wants to do it.0 -
Hello all, I have been off for about a month and have gained back 10 pounds. I am so annoyed with myself. I was doing so well and then threw it all away. Anyway I am back and hoping to get back on track. I hope the rest of you have a great weigh in. I am going to a wedding in November and am focusing on that as my goal.0
