Hi All,
I have done p90x and insanity. I have been circuit training for I don't know how long. Ready for a change. Hello NROL4W. I'm nervous that it won't deliver results as nothing ever seems to work for me... but I'm giving it a go!
Question.. I read the book quite awhile back. Please remind me...
Is phase one 8 weeks long? 2-3 workouts per week, alternating between workout A and B? Is this correct? No supersets, right? I can't remember... when do I begin doing super sets and when do I begin cardio? Not until later phases, correct?
I have to reorder the book from the library.
THANKS ALL!

It's been quite some time, but if memory serves that is correct.0

Nope, Stage 1 is 8 workouts total- 4 each of Workouts A & B. Workout 1A is squats, push ups & seated row (alternating super set) and step ups & prone jacknife (superset), Workout 1B is deadlift, dumbell shoulder press & wide grip lat pulldown (superset), and lunge & swissball crunch (superset).
I have found the NROL4W workout logs to be very helpful. Here's the link- http://maggiewang.com/2008/05/20/new-rules-of-lifting-for-women-diet-calculator-and-workout-logs0 -
Actually Stage 1 is 16 work outs total, 8 of Workout A & 8 of Workout B. Everything else that RRRobynnn said was correct.0
