I think it looks pretty good. You may be a bit high on Protein, but everything else is fine. Did you know that you can go in and tailor your macros to set it up exactly how you want it to be?

If you go to "My Home", "Goals", and then change your goals to customize the settings you can set your levels of protein, fat and carbs. You shouldn't have to check your calories too much, but I think the Atkins book says 1500 - 1800 for women. Less than 20 carbs for induction, so you are there!

    Good luck!

Yep, agree with Christine. Protein is definitely a bit high. But your carbs and fat look good. It's much easier to track when you set your macros to match your needs.

When I first started, I re-set my macros from the info I learned on this site. I have mine set as 65% Fat, 25% Protein and 10% Carb.

Calories can be all over the board w/this way of eating. Make sure to drink plenty of water. I know I found myself really thirsty in the beginning.

    Good Luck.

You need more sodium!! Drink a couple of cups of broth to help prevent induction flu. Low carb eating will cause your kidneys to shed sodium. If you get rid of too much sodium your body will get rid of potassium to save the sodium, which can lead to muscle cramps and other problems.

Personally I say don't worry about calories or protein on induction. Worrying about those things isn't the point of induction. The point of induction is to get the carbs out and get you into ketosis. If you need to tweak how much you are eating, or how much protein you are eating, that can be done later. It is not an integral part of Atkins induction.

add a little broth to keep from getting headachey don't be scared to add a few more veggies your toal carb pretty low, remember you have some fiber so your total carbs can be a bit higher if eating enough veggies, and don't let your Fat content get to high first couple weeks or you might get the ugly bathroom visits. Thats what I had to deal with.

Atkins recommends 1500-1800 calories for women so your calories and protein are both high. Remember, Atkins is moderate protein, low carb and high fat. Try having more protein at lunch and less for a night time snack.
