Hi Mommas! I shared this w my November moms but wanted to share my happy news w everyone.
A little background. I am planning to do anything/everything in my power for a VBAC. My husband & I found a Doula but the cost has been making it seem less likely that we will be able to use her. In July my OB/GYN closed & kind had to find a new midwife & hospital. That part really sucked because I love my midwife that I had there, the hospital-not so much but she was worth it.
Monday I got mail about a new OB/GYN opening & called to find that my favorite lady was one of the midwives! And I do like the hospital better even tho I hadn't done any research into it. Happily, they accept my insurance & I got an appointment. Then I learn that the hospital works w Doulas on staff!! Which I'm pretty sure means my insurance will cover it! I really needed this happy, awesome news.
