Last night I sauteed some brussels sprouts in bacon fat, then added the crumbled bacon, some butter, and some leftover sirloin steak. Cooked through, then added some bleu cheese crumbles... it's all I ever want to eat for the rest of my life!
Also buffalo wings, pork rinds, and fat bombs,0 -
Basically anything from the $5 Fat Fast Cookbook, by Dana Carpender: http://alturl.com/7hawh. Delicious recipes. My faves are Coco Cocoa Fat Bombs, Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake, and Egg & Ham cups (although I make mine with bacon). And bulletproof coffee; I know it's not really a "food" but it's got great high fats, is yummy, and I look forward to it each morning.0

One of my new faves is an avocado stuffed with cream cheese, topped with a little fresh grated parmesan & broiled for a few minutes.
(Edit: One of my MFPals, oosar, was eating a cream cheese stuffed avocado on her fat fast)0
