    Not as present, but I did many years ago with great results. Lyle McDonald's book is a fab resource.

    I started about 3 weeks ago, had a small bit of carb flu but feeling great at the moment and love the food!

    Yep my hubby and I eat ketogenically. We've done it once before with great success and we're back on it and seeing results again :smile:
