Ice Cream/ Yogurt ?

I Love Ice Cream or Frozen yogurt in the summer. What brands, kinds are good to eat that are low in sugar ?

    Sorry about that, but these over 50 groups are not very active, although we do talk to each other, just not on the forums. I don't eat frozen yogurt, so can't help you there. If I eat ice cream, I just eat my favorite; BUT when I used to eat low carb there was one called Carb Smart, maybe by Breyers(?). Maybe If You google it you'll find some answers.

    I frequently buy frozen yogurt because it's lower in calories. i never thought about the sugar, which is probably high. I'm going to let a lot of cold out by standing there with the freezer door open reading labels.
