I'm on day 23 of a 28 day Wall Pilates challenge for beginners. I've never done Pilates before. I'm not noticing huge changes in the way my body looks, but I am definitely more flexible than I was when I started. I'd love to hear from anyone who has tried Pilates, regular or wall form.
