Hi guys! Please feel free to add me! I lost some weight but hit a slump two months back, so I joined this group hoping we could motivate each other! It took around one month for me to start to feel the weight loss, but consistency really does matter! Eventually I started noticing subtle differences like clothes, getting loser, face looking less chubby lol, and finally the pounds started to drop Thank God!
But in the end it's all about where you are mentally, and how motivated you stay to become a better you, so now, I ask us to give each other a little prod and push here and there in the right direction!
We deserve to be the best version of ourselves! xx0
