After losing over 13 pounds in the past 6 weeks, my starting weight for the challenge is 195.4. My next mini-goal is 189, which will be my 20 lb mark. Looking forward to being 175.4 when I go to visit family over the holidays!!0

I did a good job of staying within goal/ below maintenance on my off day which was Saturday, good luck to everyone during week 1!
I weighed myself Friday, Saturday and Sunday and came up with an average of 161, so that is what I am planning on doing the rest of the challenge.0 -
