    I noticed this week I was going up and down. I have been weighing everyday to get a feel for what I am doing right or what does not work so this is how I know this. so I went to Chattanooga on Saturday ribs, fire roasted okra, grilled cornbread (2), margarita, almond amaretto raspberry cupcake with raspberry filling, irish cream cupcake with mascarpone filling, then on sunday fried seafood, catfish, oysters, crawfish, clams, yeast bread, sweet tea/lemonade. So then I went to GNC to weigh fearing that my home scale might not be correct only to find out that is had deceived me and is actually about 5lbs off.

    The good news is that I am not discouraged just haven't figured out how to adjust this here on MFP! any suggestions?

    le sigh... I seem to be stalling a bit this month. I'll have to lose 4# in 10 days to reach my mini goal of 275 by 9/25... I'm gonna have to hit it hard this week!

    My old scale was about 8# lower than my actual weight... I went back and adjusted my starting weight and every weigh-in after that up 8#... Not fun to see the numbers, but I wanted it to be accurate. There is an edit past entries button on the bottom of the check-in page.

    I wouldn't weigh everyday BC of how weight shifts. Maybe focus more on he macros?

    I didn't loose any weight this week, stayed the same. That's okay because I had a large weight loss last week. I hope everyone is doing great this week :smile:

    Sorry I've been MIA this week, group! I participate in a 10-12 week challenge with my gym 4x a year (just finished round 2) and I allow myself a week off in between to do my restaurant/buffet/junk eating without logging. Gives me a mental break!

    This week, we are down 15.4 lbs as a group! and 74.8 lbs for the phase (including everyone who weighed in this week only). AWESOME!! Keep up the AMAZING work, everyone!
