I think I'll make it. My previous weight loss was much quicker, but since I had a break it's hard to get started. I did expand my exercising a lot not too long ago so that may start to have an effect.

Hi, I am new to this group.. after several "sucessfull" then "failed" attempts at weight loss, today I find myself the heaviest I have ever been in life. Just 2 years ago I got down to less than 150 lbs using phentermine but as soon as I stopped taking them I gained more and more weight. This time, I am going to try to lose the weight naturally with no supplements and this 5 lbs at a time seems like a reasonable goal. So, today, my starting weight is 226 lbs.0
